Silicone Breast Implant Update
A recently published Danish study of 190 implant patients, with 19 years follow-up showed 62% with contracture however the majority reported satisfaction and evaluated themselves positively. (Ann Plast Surg 2007;59:597-604). This corresponds to my experience doing revision procedures (replacement of gel with saline implants, breast lift [mastopexy], etc.). My practice uses saline implants for both initial augmentation and secondary procedures on patients with prior / old implants desiring another operation.

I had my breat implant surgery in May 2006 and I LOVE them. After doing a lot of research on the implants, my husband and I decided to go with Dr Graham. Him and his staff are the best and very nice. They answered any and all questions that I had. The day of my surgery after I got home, I had absolutely no pain at all and never did. I went from a size 32A(if I was even that..lol) to a size 34C (small D). I have lots of friends that want to get this procedure done and I have recommended Dr Graham to all of them.
